Your stress level matters a lot. If you are currently experiencing a lot of stress and you’re not doing anything about it, you probably need an intervention ASAP! When you ignore your current situation, it might lead to detrimental effects on your physical and mental health. It’s okay to start small then work on building momentum.
Here are the most common symptoms of stress:
- Psychological signs are lack of motivation, anxiety, depression, restlessness, irritability or anger.
- Physiological signs include headaches, chest pain, stomach upset and fatigue.
- Changes in behaviour such as smoking or drinking too much, social withdrawal, not eating or overeating and angry outbursts.
